Shipping Policy
All order shipped to the continental United States include free shipping by standard UPS ground transportation.  Express delivery, when available, incurrs additional costs shown at time of checkout.  Orders outside this area are charged a nominal shipping charge shown at time of checkout.

Return Policy
Purchaser must submit an itemized list of all articles to be returned including quantity, product description and reasons for return.  All merchandise must be returned to CoolPoolBalls freight paid.  Prepaid freight is not reimbursable or deductable from any outstanding balance.  CoolPoolBalls will repair or replace any defective merchandise only after inspection.  No credits will be allowed unless issued by CoolPoolBalls after inspection of returned goods, or custom manufactured products, or after 30 days of the invoice date for non-defective merchandise.  CoolPoolBalls chareges a 15% restocking fee to any returned merchandise.  Returned merchandise not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned collect on freight.
